Promotion Terms and Conditions
- In order to take part in the promotion, customers need to activate it once. There is no need to activate it every week.
- If a customer does not activate the promotion, they will not be eligible for cashback.
- The specific day of activation, any time between Friday and Thursday, does not affect the eligibility. Once activated, the calculation will apply to the full week.
- “Weekly Cashback” grants up to 15% unlimited cashback on net losses incurred between Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 after the “Welcome Week” provided that the customer has made a deposit in any amount and incurred a minimum net loss of 1 USDT.
- Cashback percentage ranges from 3% up to 15%, depending on the total wagering volume during the weekly period.
- The more customers wager, the higher the cashback percentage they will receive.
- Customers who wager at least 5 times their total deposited amount during the weekly period will be eligible to receive the maximum cashback rate of 15%.
- Deposits in any available currency at Spino can be eligible for participation in this promotion; however, Weekly Cashback is credited and paid exclusively in USDT.
- The Welcome Week is defined as the Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 period in which the customer makes their first-ever deposit.
- If the customer signs up or deposits during an ongoing Friday–Thursday cycle, the remaining days of that cycle will automatically count as their Welcome Week.
- Weekly Cashback applies to every Friday–Thursday period following the Welcome Week, provided the customer has activated the offer and meets the eligibility criteria.
- For instance, if a customer makes their first deposit mid-week, the current Friday–Thursday period becomes their Welcome Week. The next Friday–Thursday period immediately after that becomes their first Weekly Cashback period.
- Any turnover in any section is included in the calculation of the net loss.
- Net loss is calculated as follows: Net losses during the week × min(15%, 3% + 3% × (total wagers during the week / total deposit during the week) - 1).
- Cashback is credited on Friday between 15:00 and 17:00, immediately following the end of the Weekly Cashback period.
- Spino reserves the right to discontinue, pause or amend the promotion or the terms of the promotion at any time and without prior notice.
- Spino reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who attempt to gain unfair profits by abusing the promotion or violate general terms and conditions.
